Father Michael Engfer
Priest in Charge
Chaplain, Major, United States Air Force

Father Michael is originally from the Tacoma, Washington area. For several years he served as a pastor in Pennsylvania, New York and Hawaii. Michael served as a professor and vice president at a Christian college in New York and then as a professor and president of a Bible Institute in Hawaii. Michael moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and joined the United States Air Force Reserves and serves as a Major and Chaplain part-time at Nellis Air Force Base. His full-time ministry is as Priest in Charge at All Saints Episcopal Church. Michael also has served at the St. Rose Hospital network as an On-Call Chaplain. Father Michael has a passion for reaching young people and helping those in poverty and with mental health issues.

Personal Information

Michael and his wife Kate have three beautiful daughters (20, 17, 15) and a son (10). They live in Henderson, Nevada. As a family they enjoy picnics, hiking, traveling, bike riding, and swimming at pools and beaches.

Associate Priest and Canon for Latino Ministries

Father Bernardo and his wife skillfully lead our Latino Ministries along with Father Rafael Pereira. Father Bernardo and his wife Delores (Lolita) have been at All Saints for over 10 years. Father Bernardo has been used by God to build the Latino Ministry into the vibrant community that it is today. Father Bernardo has a passion for evangelism and training leaders. You can contact Fr. Minister of Music and Parish Administrator

Bob Grant came to All Saints in July of 2017. Bob has served in churches in Arizona, California and the Philippines. Bob brings a deep knowledge of music and liturgy to our parish along with an encouraging and jovial spirit. As Minister of Music, Bob directs our 10:00am choir and plays the piano and organ. As Parish Administrator, Bob handles the daily tasks of our office including parish communications, bulletins, facility coordination and a variety of other tasks. Director of Maintenance and Safety

Peter Wilson is our Director of Maintenance and Safety. Peter has extensive training, experience and skill in heating and air conditioning and can pretty much fix anything. Peter is not only a terrific handyman but also a kind person who loves getting to work early and serving any way he can. Peter started in February of 2017 at All Saints. Director of Finances

Denis Winslow is our Director of Finances. Denis is also a local small business owner. Denis has a heart for and works extensively with the recovery community. Denis is also currently our Church Treasurer and was elected in January of 2016. You can reach Denis at [email protected].

Sexton

Sylvia Hernandez and her family do a fantastic job keeping our campus clean and sanitized. Sylvia and her husband can be seen at Church most days either working or volunteering in some capacity.

The Rev. Mike Link

Associate Priest

Fr. Mike moved to Las Vegas in 2001 after retiring from active parish ministry at St. Philip's in Rochester, MI. Ordained in 1965 in Iowa, Fr. Mike and his wife, Linda, are Midwesterners who have discovered the real beauty of the Mohave and High Desert after moving here to be with their absolutely perfect grandchildren ... and, of course, their son and daughter-in-law. He and his wife, Linda, participate in the music ministry of the parish and the parish's outreach at the Epicenter Food Pantry. Linda also crafts eloquent greeting cards. On most Sundays you can find them in the choir. Fr. Mike has served the Diocese as Transitions Officer, consultant and part-time Interim Priest, in addition to assisting at All Saints. Fr. Link received his M. Div. from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary in 1965.

The Rev. Buck Belmore

Father Buck is a retired priest who has served in Las Vegas and Georgia most recently. Fr. Buck serves as a chaplain assisting our prison system. Fr. Buck has a heart for social issues and loves diversity. He had the privilage of serving with Bishop Desomond Tutu while in the Atlanta area. Fr. Buck is the spouse of Rev. Connie Dee Belmore. The Rev. Connie Dee Belmore
Rev. Connie Dee is a Chaplain for the St. Rose Hospital system in Las Vegas. She has served there for several years caring for patients and staff. Rev. Connie Dee has a passion for pastoral care and is the spouse of Fr. Buck Belmore. Rev. Connie Dee can be reached at conn[email protected].

The Rev. Rafael Pereira

Father Rafael is our newest priest at All Saints. Fr. Rafael serves our Latino community and is fluent in English and Spanish. He and his wife Angela are from Venezuela. Fr. Rafael has a passion for Christian Education and Pastoral Care.

Father Bob assists and celebrates at our 8:00am service. Fr. Bob has worked as Canon to the Diocese as well as for the Department of Defense. The Rev. Jamie Conrad

The Reverend Jamie Conrad: Less reverent former Rector and church planter who now takes a pension from the Church and revels in people, laughter, music, education, nature, walking, and joy. Father Jamie is new to All Saints. Father Jamie and his wife Donna have been very involved in serving and improving our school. Father Jamie came to us most recently from California.

Deacon
Deacon Karl has been at All Saints for over 20 years. He and his wife Meg are very active at All Saints serving God and people. Deacon Karl leads our Acolyte program and helps with the 8:00am service and the 10:00am service. He is a public school teacher and a great beer brewer!
