WEEKLY EVENTS
This is a great time to join Choir as we prepare for Advent and Christmas. The English-Speaking Choir Rehearsal meets on Thursdays at 7 p.m.
Tuesday Book Study meets at 12:30 in the Parish Hall, but we are taking the 26th off. We will be back on December 3, discussing The Meaning is in the Waiting, by Paula Gooder.
ADULT BIBLE STUDY
This Sunday we will be discussing Christ the King. (We are talking about the people in our stained glass windows.) We meet in Room 3 after the 9:30 service.

STEWARDSHIP
This is the time of year when we consider the needs of our church and how we can share our time, talent, and treasure with others. At our most recent Vestry Meeting, our treasurer Benjamin Bishop told us that the church is just barely paying its bills right now, and we will need an increase in our income in order to hire a full time Rector. If we have your address on file, you received a letter this week about giving. Making our pledges for 2025 will be essential to the Vestry as they plan the budget.
BOOKS
Daniel Bradford attends the 9:30 service. He has written several children’s books about various holidays such as Christmas. Dan was signing books here last week, and he will be donating the profits to All Saints Todos Los Santos. The books are $20 each, and Dan cannot take debit or credit cards. Dan has extended the offer of giving the church the profits if anyone wants to place an order. The books include stories for children (Akakabish’s First Christmas, Akabish’s Long Journey, and Wewes, The Pilgrims and The First Thanksgiving) as well as a western: Bo Henry at Three Forks

EVENTOS SEMANALES
Este es un buen momento para unirse al coro mientras nos preparamos para el Adviento y la Navidad. El ensayo del coro de habla inglesa se reúne los jueves a las 7 p. m.
El estudio del libro de los martes se reúne a las 12:30 en el salón parroquial, pero nos tomaremos el día 26 libre. Volveremos el 3 de diciembre para hablar sobre El significado está en la espera, de Paula Gooder.
ESTUDIO BÍBLICO PARA ADULTOS
Este domingo hablaremos sobre Cristo Rey. (Hablaremos sobre las personas en nuestros vitrales). Nos reuniremos en la Sala 3 después del servicio de las 9:30.

ADMINISTRACIÓN
Esta es la época del año en la que consideramos las necesidades de nuestra iglesia y cómo podemos compartir nuestro tiempo, talento y tesoro con los demás. En nuestra reunión de la Junta Parroquial más reciente, nuestro tesorero, Benjamin Bishop, nos dijo que la iglesia apenas está pagando sus cuentas en este momento y que necesitaremos un aumento en nuestros ingresos para contratar a un rector a tiempo completo. Si tenemos su dirección registrada, recibió una carta esta semana sobre donaciones. Hacer nuestras promesas para 2025 será esencial para la Junta Parroquial mientras planifican el presupuesto.
LIBROS
Daniel Bradford asiste al servicio de las 9:30. Ha escrito varios libros infantiles sobre diversas festividades, como la Navidad. Dan estuvo firmando libros aquí la semana pasada y donará las ganancias a All Saints Todos Los Santos. Los libros cuestan $20 cada uno y Dan no acepta tarjetas de débito o crédito. Dan ha extendido la oferta de dar a la iglesia las ganancias si alguien quiere hacer un pedido. Los libros incluyen historias para niños (La primera Navidad de Akakabish, El largo viaje de Akabish y Wewes, Los peregrinos y El primer Día de Acción de Gracias) así como una película del oeste: Bo Henry en Three Forks
