| All Saints offers 3 English-speaking and 2 Spanish-speaking services (led by the Canon for Latino Ministries). The Spanish-speaking services have grown markedly and offer formation programs for adults and children. The English-speaking congregation has declined and has not offered attractive programs in recent years. Flourishing will require revitalization of the English-speaking congregation while building bridges between the two groups. The Church hosts a preschool, partners with a neighboring Middle School, is a member of broad based community organizing program, and has worked with CLUE to support culinary workers. Several retired clergy support the sacramental ministry. All Saints is ripe for redevelopment to form relationships with neighbors and cultivate a culture of inclusive welcome. The congregation’s core values are hospitality, diversity, and welcome. Bi-lingual preferred but not required. | |
